Guided Meditations
An in-person, relaxing, immersive experience designed to encourage stillness, grounding, and connection through meditation and sound.
Each session incorporates guided visualizations and prompts based on your selected series with soothing sounds and vibrations, creating space to pause, connect with yourself, and simply be present.
No meditation experience is necessary. Come as you are and allow yourself the time and space to slow down in an environment that encourages calm and quiet reflection.

Recorded Card Readings
A 15-20 minute, pre-recorded, tarot or oracle card reading that includes the pulling of your cards and an interpretive message, emailed directly to you, your friend, family member, or loved one!
You can select a reading that focuses on a specific question/topic, one that provides a broader look at your life, or a message from Spirit ~ your loved one(s) who’ve passed on.
The cards are used as a conduit for intuitive messages, impressions, and a connection to Spirit, as I explore your questions or circumstances, and offer you new ideas and perspectives to consider or a message from your loved one.
Each reading is unique to the client and relies on an energetic and spiritual connection. No prior experience or spiritual affiliation is necessary. All that is needed is an open heart and mind, along with a willingness to consider perspectives, some which may or may not resonate with you in that moment.
You always retain autonomy over your own life, choices, and decisions.
